This document has been drafted and is being finalised with counsel. The settled version will be published on this page before general availability, and account holders will be notified of the effective date. Until then, nothing on this page is a contractual term.

What it will cover

The Terms of Service will govern your use of Qanun: the research, drafting and monitoring services; acceptable use; the boundaries of what Qanun's output is (research assistance grounded in the regulatory corpus) and what it is not (legal advice); subscription terms once pricing is published; and the responsibilities of each party.

Our practice today

Qanun output is research assistance, not legal advice. Every claim carries a confidence tier and a citation to the corpus provision behind it, so it can be verified before it is relied on.
No payment is taken while pricing is under finalisation.
